Before we discuss how we would like to proceed with “WHY DO WE NEED  OUR IMMUNITY STRONGER THAN EVER?”

Earth’s atmosphere and air quality have been the poorest than ever. Even 2,000 years ago, the Romans were complaining about the polluted air in their cities. Now the condition has been way beyond any measure. Food quality has been degraded by up to 200% due to bad soil quality and water quality. People are relying on packaged food and almost 70% of the people do not know home cooking. The devastated lifestyle and earth’s condition we are living in is not habitable and sooner we will be hearing the news that people’s immunity is failing and they are choking to death on the streets due to atmospheric conditions. I know this sounds insanely scary but we can’t walk on streets blindfold knowing that the truck is also going to cross. Henceforth, better we know the facts and stronger we prepare our Immune System to be stronger than ever.

You remember Darwin’s Theory!!! In 1859, Charles Darwin set out his theory of evolution by natural selection as an explanation for adaptation and speciation. He defined natural selection as the “principle by which each slight variation [of a trait], if useful, is preserved”. He also emphasized the phrase “SURVIVAL OF THE FITTEST” later in his thesis by giving an example of red and green bugs.
But with the traits and trends, humans are following, possibly only 1% of the world will enter into next Earth 2.0. Below is a glimpse of what we have achieved so far. No money, banks, buildings, medicinal advancements, Gucci or Gabbana, gadgets, weapons, army, the greed of power, politics, economy advancements, love affairs, and relationships will ever give you what YOU EXACTLY need to enter the next evolved earth( Earth 2.0).

Health will be the only wealth you will ever need than ever before. Here we are not going to discuss buying dietary and supplementary pills and powder but on how to build our immune system stronger to prevent illness and chronic disease. There are innumerable studies and reports on how people cured their cancer, HIV, tumors, diabetes, thyroid, blood pressure issues, tuberculosis, obesity, ortho disease, nephrology ( kidney-related ) conditions, mental conditions, heart conditions, Ischaemic heart disease, stroke and even genetic diseases by improvising their immunity only. Strange isn’t it? But true.

Trillion dollars of pharmaceuticals companies and decillion dollars of medical industries will be doomed if we don’t get sick and die so the business goes on and on. Our lives were never a matter for this political and selfish eco-system but it matters to us. Losing loved ones(elders or infants) to disease is and will always be eternally difficult. 10 million people die annually from cancer,  every sixth death in the world is due to cancer. The two biggest killers of the world are Ischaemic heart disease and stroke. They claim more than 20 million lives annually.

You will find it strange that people getting killed by tornadoes, tsunami or any other natural disaster is rarer and at the bottom of the order. Some people call it the revenge of mother nature but it is an outcome of the exploitation done to the earth. Anyway!!!

So now that we have given a glimpse of deaths, killings and the importance of stronger immunity, you must know that not even you were brought up to this world in a day, It took around 9 months, remember??!!! So to kill a chronic disease or have a stronger immune system, you must follow a lifestyle, not a regime to overcome that damn illness which is not letting you live a healthy, lovely, and beautiful life. According to a study in Germany, a day without sleep (24 hours without sleep) can decrease your immunity up to 50% making your body fragile to catch viruses and colds and weak to fight ongoing chronic diseases. The researchers who led this study found that a good night’s sleep can boost the effectiveness of certain specialized immune cells called T cells. According to  Dr. Matthew Walker, sleeping disorder( irregular)  can put us at risk for developing acute illnesses like colds and flu, but in the long term, it increases our risk for much more serious threats, such as cancer.

1. Laughter: It can immediately boost your mood and reduce the chances of anxiety immediately. Don’t consume pills for depression, anxiety, and emotional disorder, Start smiling more with your loved ones, if alone then watch videos or look at the mirror to share your smile. You are your best friend in the whole wide world.

2. Learn Simple Cooking: It will not just allow you to eat healthily but also will show immediate effects on your physical and emotional health.

3. Hug More: Hug your loved ones, friends, partners, pets, your plants, or even your pillow and feel the power of hugging.

4. Take Social Media Break: I bet you haven’t even think about it. Rather than limiting your screen time on social media app, try giving it a break for a few days or weeks. If you can’t live without your social media apps, trust me you an addict no less than a cocaine addict.

5. Sleeping in the Right Direction: Other than North direction you can opt for any direction to sleep. Though there are many videos in the right direction to sleep, you can watch a video or two to have a better idea.

6. Don’t Go Green but Add Greens: We will not ask you to go vegan but we would request you to add veggies in your daily routine. Having veggies daily can reduce colon and renal cancer by more than half.

7. Intermittent Fasting: There was NO RULE of having breakfast, lunch, and dinner and still our ancestors were double of our size, muscular, and strong than we are today. Eat whenever you are hungry ONLY. Listen to your body and it will ask you to feed it, no before or after meals other than that. If you have any chronic disease than have a fasting day in a week or 10 days as per your convenience and schedule.

8. All Above the World So High: Watching nature, animals, sky, stars, sunrise, sunset, and any natural event daily can reduce the chances of mental disorder by more than 70%, strange but true.

9. Exercise: Nope, we are not asking you to follow reps or plunges. All we are are asking you to have physical movements throughout the day. You can move your fingers, shoulder, legs, arms, stomach, and any part of the body slowly while watching tv, cooking food, bathing, sitting, working, and everything you do. Just add a few body movements in your daily chores and you can avoid those expensive gym memberships.

10. LOVE: Because this is what makes us human. This is what we all forget to chase but praying for. Our prayers and thoughts always revolve around this beautiful feeling. Never underestimate the power of love and gratitude.
